I’ve taken the New Old Heads podcast from a pre-recorded audio/video show, to a live video broadcast each week that reached 7+ million views on all platforms in 2023. I’ll share with you how I did it, but also show you how to get started – based upon where you’re currently at in the process.

The consultation takes place in Discord via video chat with screen sharing. You will have to install the Discord app, and ideally use it on your computer (phone works, though). Choose either an hour or two below depending on how many questions you have. I would suggest at lease two hours for anyone who has zero/minimum podcast creation experience, as we’ll probably just be touching the surface. We can schedule more time after our first meeting if desired.
