I’ve taken the New Old Heads podcast from a pre-recorded audio/video show, to a live video broadcast each week that reached 7+ million views on all platforms in 2023 (and also crossed 100k subscribers on my main media channel). I can share with you how I did it, but more importantly show you how to get started so you can build the infrastructure to be consistent – based upon where you’re currently at in the process.

The consultation takes place in Discord via video chat (or Zoom) with screen sharing. Choose either an hour or two below depending on how many questions you have. I would suggest at lease two hours for anyone who has zero/minimum podcast creation experience, as we’ll probably just be touching the surface. We can schedule more time after our first meeting if desired.
